I came home from work early today because I was feeling miserable. I had a headache that wouldn't go away, and a stomach ache that made me feel just sick. I don't think it's the same thing Carrie had, but after chilling out at home, and sleeping for a few hours on the couch, I felt a lot better.
Today was very warm, it got up to 80ยบ in Minneapolis. So when I got up, I took Alice to the park, so Mommy could get a break.

She looks so tired...I guess no afternoon nap will do that to you.
I can't believe she is almost a year old!
Alice if you liked being outdoors today, wait till next week in Las Vegas, we will have some fun.
We have a place for you to sleep now and are getting you your own eating spot so we are set.
We got you some presents too, so hurry up and come to see us.

she didn't nap, and was crying about half the way to the park, and a little there. she was tired, but it was too nice not to go out...
and mommy said she wouldn't take a nap.
she went STRAIGHT to bed tonight though...after dropping a big poop in her bath. :)

Keep this information so when she is about 16-17 and getting really lippy and knows more than you and Jaime, reminder her that one time you guys had to clean the poop out of the bath water, that usually helps calm thing down.
